Common questions

How do I restore the Full Game unlock?

Open Elemental's unlock screen and choose Restore Purchase while signed into the Apple Account that originally purchased the unlock. A restored non-consumable purchase is not charged again.

Does Elemental require an internet connection?

No. Practice, the First Rite, unlocked matches, rules, saves, and replays work locally. A connection is needed when buying or restoring the Full Game unlock and when using optional Game Center features.

Where are my saved matches?

Elemental stores saves and Career progress on your device. Deleting the app may remove local data. Export any replay you want to keep before deleting the app.

Game Center is unavailable or shows an old score

Game Center is optional. Confirm that you are signed into Game Center in iOS Settings and that the device is online. Eligible results that could not be sent immediately are retried later; local play is never blocked.

I am learning the rules

Choose Learn the Rite for the illustrated walkthrough, Winning Hands for ranked examples, or Rules for the complete searchable reference. Practice remains available without purchase.

Audio or motion is uncomfortable

Elemental's settings include independent controls for music and ritual audio. The app also respects Reduce Motion and supports larger text and higher-contrast card treatments.

Is Trexlin Gold or Silver real currency?

No. Gold and Silver are fictional match denominations. They cannot be bought, transferred, redeemed, or cashed out.
